From 4 to 7 February 2025, we were once again present at the Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) in Barcelona at the joint stand of the KNX Association. The world’s largest trade fair for audiovisual technologies and system integration set new records this year: with 1,605 exhibitors across 92,000 square metres and a total of 85,351 visitors from 168 countries, the event grew by 15.5% compared to the previous year.
Strong interest in our KNX solutions
Our stand in Hall 2 was consistently well attended throughout the trade fair. Our three-person team—comprising our Managing Director, Head of Marketing, and Product Specialist—had numerous exciting discussions with system integrators, distributors, and partners from around the world about our three showcased touch panels: Controlmicro, Control 12, and Control 16. Visitors came from countries including Jordan, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Estonia, Latvia, Poland, the Czech Republic, and Austria.
Interest in our KNX solutions was high—especially in the prototype of our Control 16, which is currently in development. Customers are already looking forward to its launch, planned for Q2/2025.
Another key focus was the versatility of our YOUVI visualisation. With its clear colour scheme and new structure, it impressed in both dark and light modes in version 5.0. The combination of panel and server also sparked great interest among visitors. A real eye-catcher was our customisable, detachable front glass panels, which customers were thrilled to learn can be printed with their own chosen designs.
Valuable exchange with our partners
In addition to our activities at our own stand, our team also visited many of our partners, most of whom showcased our panels, including YOUVI, integrated with their solutions. Our partner Airzone presented its KNX gateway Aidoo KNX for air conditioning systems, while ekey and 2N showcased their fingerprint and access control solutions. DoorBird introduced its door stations, and our partners Bluesound and DALI demonstrated their audio systems—all of which can be controlled via YOUVI.
Furthermore, our partner Futurasmus was also present at our stand to provide support and advice to Spanish customers.
A complete success
ISE 2025 was the ideal platform for us to make new contacts on an international stage, strengthen existing partnerships and present our latest products. We are delighted with the successful trade fair and are proud that our KNX smart home panels were so well received by the public.
