YOUVI is ready for ETS6

The YOUVI Update 4.2.10 supports the project import from ETS6 into the KNX visualization.

What is new in ETS6?

In September 2021, the KNX Association introduced the 6th generation of the 'Engineering Tool Software' (ETS 6). The product and manufacturer independent software is the central tool for planning, configuration, commissioning and control of smart KNX buildings. It supports the integration of more than 8,000 smart home products from over 500 manufacturers. The new version includes, among other things, new security features, improved handling and the integration of IoT devices.

What will change for YOUVI users?

YOUVI users who create their KNX project in ETS6 need to update to the latest YOUVI version 4.2.10. The update will be automatically displayed in already installed YOUVI instances.

For users who want to continue working with ETS5, nothing changes. YOUVI will continue to support the import of ETS5 projects.
