If you need to send the log files to our support team in case of problems, select the upward pointing arrow on the right side of the taskbar (system tray) and make a long finger press (right click) on the green house. Select the "Send support ticket" option. Here you can enter a description of the problem. Please make sure to include name and ticket number, if available, to facilitate assignment for support. All log files will be forwarded automatically when sending the bug report.
